The airline requires:

Flight crew training specialist or trainee

Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

Type of work: Full-time

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (aviation, education, psychology, etc.);

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Russian;

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills;

- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Work experience and/or studies in the aviation field;

- Knowledge of Kyrgyz civil aviation regulations and aviation personnel training requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development of training materials including presentations, handouts, and online training modules;

- Conduct training programs for flight crew members and flight dispatchers, including classroom and simulator training;

- Participate in the evaluation of training programs, including collecting feedback from students and conducting evaluations;

- Work with the Crew Training Manager to ensure all training programs are up to date and in compliance with regulatory requirements;

- Monitor and maintain crew training records and ensure accuracy (licenses, medical certificates, validations, flight checks, simulator checks, etc.).
