Mission

The mission of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after Ishembai Abdraimov is to

building the educational process on the principles of advanced education,

defining as the main result the professional competence of a graduate who meets the modern requirements of society.

Objective:

- Satisfying the needs of the individual in intellectual, cultural and moral development

through secondary general education, higher or postgraduate vocational education

in accordance with state educational standards,

- fulfillment of the state order for training specialists for civil aviation and water transport of the Kyrgyz Republic,

- meeting society's demand for qualified specialists with higher and secondary professional aviation education;

- conducting scientific research in the field of civil aviation, water transport,

- implementation of effective research results into production activities,

- professional development and professional retraining of specialists with higher professional education,

- development and professional formation of personality on the basis of national and universal values,

science and practice.

Objectives:

- training and retraining of specialists for civil aviation and water transport,

taking into account the requirements of modern production, science, technology, culture and prospects of their development;

- Practical integration of aviation education,

- comprehensive improvement of the quality of personnel training for civil aviation and water transport,

and the effectiveness of scientific research.
