Target:
By the end of 2023, achieve the level of an internationally recognized aviation educational institution. Objectives:
- raising the level of quality training of aviation specialists to the standards required by ICAO,
- introducing national aviation legislation into the educational process,
- updating and replenishing the institute's aircraft fleet,
- increasing human resources and training instructors with international recognition,
- developing an educational work system,
- improving the management system, optimizing financial and human resources,
- modernizing the educational institution's infrastructure.
Priorities:
1. Increasing human resources.
2. Improving the material and technical base.
3. Improving the quality of training specialists.
4. International certification and creation of an ICAO training center based at the Aviation Institute.
5. Improving social and material support for personnel.
6. Improving educational work and social development.
